The Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional support and promote a wide range of deposit products and services. In this role, you will assist members with both cash and non-cash related needs while ensuring a positive and professional member experience.

In this role, you will assist members with both cash and non-cash related needs while ensuring a positive and professional member experience.
- Promote and sell a full suite of branch deposit products and services, including registered products, term deposits, safe deposit boxes, and card products.
- Process new account openings and account closure requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assess member needs and proactively cross-sell credit union deposit services, referring complex inquiries to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Provide overrides and issue initial cheques for encashment within authorized limits while maintaining departmental signing authority.
- Introduce new or updated procedures as required, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies, procedures, legislation, and regulatory standards.
- Notify members regarding investment product renewals and expiry notices (e.g., term deposits, RRSPs, RRIFs, PFTDs).
- Perform routine administrative and branch support duties as needed.
The Person:
- Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in financial services, banking, or a customer service–focused role.
Compensation:
- Salary commensurate with experience and in accordance with Rocky Credit Rewards & Motivation program.
