Online Banking Information
You can access your account balances, list of transactions, pay bills and transfer funds between your accounts by using our MemberDirect Online Banking or Mobile App services.
All you have to do is have a debit card and have one of our staff activate those services for you. Then you can access your information anytime you want, wherever you have a phone or internet service. It's like having a branch of the credit union right in your own home or office.

Online Banking Troubleshooting
Some issues have been identified with our new online banking website. We are working on these items and hope to have them resolved shortly.
- Due to daily processing of bills, bills paid online between 10:30 PM and midnight may require manual handling and additional time to process. If possible, please pay bills online outside of this time frame.
- If you see a bill payment in the "Scheduled Payments" area that you believe was paid more than 24 hours ago, DO NOT DELETE IT. Contact the branch for details.
- Alberta Government Bill Payments are not available at this time. Please come into the branch to pay Alberta Government Bills.
- Renaming accounts is very popular, and will make banking online and in branch easier. Please be aware that for printed monthly statements and mobile app banking the names will not be used but the account numbers will be used instead.
