Thank you for your participation in Aura Loyalty Prepaid Program. We appreciate the opportunity to provide this service to you. However, Rocky Credit Union is discontinuing this program and you will no longer be able to access this service as of May 31,2023.

Important Dates | Changes for Members

It’s important to Rocky Credit Union to help you manage through these changes as we discontinue the program. We recommend you start reducing your balance and remove any automatic bill payments and discontinue any fund loads to make the transition easier.

There are a few key dates to take note of:

• Effective May 1, 2023 – You will no longer be able to load funds onto your card via cash load or eTransfer request.
• Effective May 31, 2023 – Your card will no longer be active. That means that no ATM or POS transactions will be approved.  If you wish to cancel your card prior to May 31, 2023, please call the Care Team number located at the back of your card.  Funds will be returned by eTransfer to the email address on file, 45 days after the cancellation of the card. No fee will be charged for processing the refund.
