Become Mortgage free faster with Rocky Credit Union's annual, no penalty payment options (up to 20% of the original principal balance). Competitive interest rates are assured.
Variable Mortgage
Let your 5-year closed mortgage float at a competitive rate. The rate is often a bit lower than fixed rates, but there is a risk that the interest rate can go up or down according to the market.
Builders (Construction) Mortgages
Interim financing for your home in progress. Fixed rates are available immediately upon completion. During construction , interest only payments need to be made.
Pre-Approved Mortgages
Go house hunting with peace of mind. Rocky Credit Union will guarantee the current rates at the time of your mortgage pre-approval for 60 days. This will protect you from rising interest rates.
CMHC Financing
5% down is all you need to get you into your new home with financing through Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
Conventional Financing
